Bruno from The Snag Company shares his flavours from Brazil in his selection of meats and meat cuts. BBQ’s are very much a way of cooking in Brazil. Meat cuts in many styles from sausages, to steaks to small roasts are cooked on the BBQ. Bruno uses only free-range pork and organic beef in the sausages. No fillers, no preservatives. The bacon is nitrate free hence the lighter colouring. But it is the spice mixes added to the roasts or steaks that reflect the Brazilian background of their homeland.
