Organic vegetables on ‘steroids” haha!
Abundant Backyard still have plenty of these giant sized beetroot available. I just wanted to share with you how stunning they are on the inside even though they look very rustic on the outside. Many of you may contemplate the thought ‘are they woody on the inside’, but no, they are juicy, succulent, ready to eat. I had to chop a few bits off to eat them on the spot. A great size to be able to cube them to what ever size you want as a roast vegetable.
