    You will find Ashley busy cooking her Pirongia Bacon, Nikki’s Eggs (find their stall next door) and a locally baked bun throughout the morning of the Market until she has sold out. Linking in with Market produce you can find her at the Pirongia Bacon stall site which she runs as well for Brian of Pirongia Bacon. Her buns are baked fresh ready for the Saturday morning Market, hence you need to be early to get them before they are sold out. Problem solved breakfast at the Market. Just add coffee or even a smoothie from Just Blend. Want that Aioli touch as well spread over that mouth watering bacon and eggs, then that’s no problem either.

    DD’s Dutch Croquettes

    Authentic Dutch beef Croquettes made by Deana. The inside filling of the delicate crumbed outside is a creamy beef. Moist and very tender, cooked on site at the Market. Served on their own or in a bun with ‘the works’ which includes salad and a dressing. Deana also cooks Bitter Ballen which is a round beef croquette, but in the size of a golf ball. Great for party platters. Both of these items are available frozen for you to take home and cook.

Dry cured and smoked, the sausage comes in different flavours such as Procini & Mushroom, Spicy Kolbasz, pepper and fennel and then a chilli hot range just to awaken your taste buds.     Harbourside Macadamias

    We harvest macadamia nuts from over 940 macadamia trees, for much of the year, to ensure that you, our customers, receive the freshest and tastiest macadamia nuts available in New Zealand. We grow five varieties of macadamia nuts, all carefully selected for superior nutrition and flavour of the nuts. All nut varieties are GM free (and they’re gluten free too). Our macadamia nuts are only harvested when the tree decides they are mature enough to drop, then they are collected regularly and dried promptly. We do not chemically induce nut drop, (and yes we are serious about sustainability utilising waste heat to dry the nuts.) We have a wide and unique array of macadamia products, both sweet and spicy designed for all palates. In addition, our premium macadamia liqueur has been created with our customer in mind, to be consumed deliciously on its own, in cocktails, or with ice cream and desserts.

    The Viridis Grove orchard is Demeter Certified Organic. Most of the trees at Viridis Grove are the Italian varieties Frantoio and Leccino. Pendolino and Moraiolo complete the Italian mix. Some smaller areas are planted in Koroneiki and Picual for their peppery oil and Manzanilla for bottling. Bert also does infused olive oils in various flavours such as Basil, Lime, Lemon. Table olives are also available. Bottles can be refilled at the Market.
