Riverside Growers – Flowers
In a sheltered spot in the Katikati region Annette and her husband grow Certified Organic flowers, vegetables and avocados. Annette follows the seasons with her plantings, so the variety is extensive. The two varieties of avocados are the round, smooth skinned Reeds and Hass. Follow the seasons with their changing range of vegetables and seasonal flowers.
Helen and Keith produce espalier trees – Apple – Braeburn, Pear and Cherry. These are heritage varieties ranging in height up to 1.5m and age from 1 year up to 5 years. The espaliered trees can also be formed into hedges. This is a season product arriving in Spring and Autumn, attending once per month. Follow the market weekly news for upcoming attendance dates.
Lifestyle Flowers offers a variety of locally grown flowers, which are also arranged into posies for any occasion. Following the seasons and any special occasions, Barbara brings bouquets as well as loose flowers and foliage for you to create your own displays.
